The Human Resource Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support for company-wide recruiting efforts. In addition, they will own the candidate experience and coordination for all open roles across the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as partner to Recruiters and hiring managers, executing on all coordination efforts throughout the application/interview/onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Regularly update candidate records and hiring information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track progress of each candidate onboarding utilizing common OBH method (ie. spreadsheet).
- Responsible for collection and verification (ie. unexpired, original) of all onboarding documentation.
- Ensure all clearances (ie. medical, background, fingerprints, etc.) are received for each candidate prior to start date.
- Enter candidate information into everify.
- Execute background checks and follows through with full review of same; collecting supporting documentation on background checks if necessary.
- Responsible for creating and updating all weekly job postings on the bulletin boards throughout the hospital and within the ATS.
- Serve as primary point-of-contact for collection of all employee in-person transfer application/requests.
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Assist in various process improvement projects across the department, and build relationships with multiple HR counterparts i.e. HR Business Partners, Learning and Development, etc.
- Performs other tasks as requested.
Education:
- College degree preferred or an equivalent of education plus relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
Experience:
- Minimum one (1) year Human Resources experience to include a focus in the recruiting function.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Prior experience working with labor unions preferred.
- Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking systems highly desirable.
